DESCRIPTION
Staff completing the master course will be coordinated and trained on different activities of OCDTR. A report on enrolled staff that clarifies tasks and responsibilities with respect to each of the OCDTR activities will be issued.
Decisions about the specialized rehabilitation equipment to buy will reported. It is worth pointing out that the choice of instrumentation to buy for each OCDTR will depend on the specialized competencies and skills acquired by their designated staff throughout the master course and, consequently, on the specialized directions that the individual OCDTRs will take for their work. Nonetheless, these decisions will have to be as shared among OCDTRs as possible and made in a collaborative environment, so as to have OCDTRs complement each others’ resources, instead of compete with each other.
