DESCRIPTION
OCDTRs will constitute a network of qualified support for technology adoption and development in rehabilitation fields, thus linking different Uzbek institutions that will need to connect with each other and share advancements. The definition of common procedures to apply in OCDTRs will simplify the management of the activities, allow to share resources, and improve the capacity of gathering different institutions around the common goal of getting rehabilitation pervaded by technology.
